  1. To use the Website and the Online Store securely, Users should additionally use antivirus applications or programs, as well as privacy and password protection tools.
  2. The Seller has implemented appropriate organizational measures and solutions to secure the data of Users of the Website and the Online Store. This Policy does not include the principles applied by external websites to which links placed on the Website or Online Store may lead. The Seller recommends that Users review the privacy policies of such external websites.

  1. The administrator of Users’ personal data is Stofftex.com, operated by JAROSŁAW MOZOLEWSKI, Lindenallee 4, 16307 Tantow, Germany (“Administrator”).
  2. Contact with the Administrator is possible Monday to Friday between 6:00 and 14:00, by email at shop@stofftex.com or by phone at +49 1573 290 1031.
  3. The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
  4. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    1. Direct marketing of services or products,
    2. Performance of contracts or pre-contractual measures,
    3. Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. issuing and storing invoices, tax obligations, handling complaints),
    4. Establishing, defending, or pursuing claims,
    5. Creditworthiness verification,
    6. Other legitimate interests of the Administrator.
  5. Personal data will be stored for the following periods:
    1. Marketing – until an objection is raised or consent is withdrawn,
    2. Contracts – until completed and thereafter as required by law,
    3. Legal obligations – until fulfilled, in particular accounting/taxes: 5 years from the end of the calendar year,
    4. Claims – for the legally required period,
    5. Creditworthiness verification – for as long as necessary,
    6. Other legitimate interests – until an objection is raised or consent withdrawn.
  6. Recipients of personal data may include: postal operators, courier and transport companies, IT service providers, business partners of the Administrator, consulting, legal, or marketing firms, and authorities or institutions authorized by law.
  7. Users have the right to: access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, and object to processing.
  8. If consent is the legal basis, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

  10. Users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the EU, this is the national Data Protection Authority.

  12. Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC, based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. This Policy is effective as of 1 September 2025.
