WITHDRAWAL POLICY (Product Return)

  1. Right of Withdrawal
    According to legal provisions, a consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring costs other than those provided by law.
  2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should submit an explicit statement (sent by email to shop@stofftex.com) declaring withdrawal from the contract. The Seller provides a sample withdrawal form, but its use is not obligatory.
  3. Effects of Withdrawal
    In the event of a valid withdrawal, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered by the Seller), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the Seller was informed of the Customer’s decision. The reimbursement shall be made using the same payment methods as used by the Customer, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
  4. Return of Goods
    The Customer who has withdrawn from the contract is obliged to return the goods to the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of submitting the withdrawal statement. The Customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
  5. Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:
    • manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications,
    • intended to meet the Customer’s individualized needs.

    In particular, the exclusion applies to pleated window blinds, which are the main product offered in the store. Each blind is custom-made to the Customer’s order, taking into account the selected width, height, fabric color, aluminum profile color, and type of mounting. This product is personalized and is not subject to return or withdrawal.

  6. Complaints
    Notwithstanding the above, the Customer retains the right to file a complaint in the event of discovering product defects, in accordance with applicable law and the Store’s Terms and Conditions.
