Delivery Execution The delivery of goods is carried out through specialized carriers selected by the Seller.
Registration and Tracking Each shipment is registered and assigned a tracking number. Tracking details are provided to the Customer once the shipment has been dispatched.
Delivery Methods and Costs When placing an order, the Customer is informed about the available delivery methods, lead times, and delivery costs. Delivery costs are visible before the order is finalized and are added to the order value, unless a promotion states otherwise.
Delivery Time
For standard products, shipping is carried out immediately, but no later than within 1–2 business days from the acceptance of the order. For orders placed during store working hours, same-day shipping may be possible.
For personalized products (made to the Customer's individual order), shipping is carried out as quickly as possible, but no later than within 3 business days from the confirmation of the order acceptance. The Seller reserves the right to inform the Customer about an extension of the delivery time in special cases, unless otherwise provided by law.
Parcel Receipt The Customer should check the condition of the shipment upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged or there are visible mechanical traces, the Customer should refuse acceptance or prepare a damage report with the courier.
Complaints and Returns Procedures regarding complaints, returns, and withdrawal from the contract are described in a separate section of the Store Regulations. Transport complaints must also be reported to the carrier in accordance with its regulations.

Final Provisions These delivery terms are part of the Store Regulations and apply from the moment of publication. The Seller reserves the right to make changes – the Customer will be informed of significant changes in the usual manner (e.g. by e-mail, notice on the website).
